Frequently Asked Questions

Installation & Setup

  • A: Mount the receiver box anywhere near your hydraulic solenoids using the included hardware. Plug the harness into your solenoid connector—no wiring into the machine is required. Once connected, flip the switch and it’s ready to use.

  • A: Yes. The system outputs standard 12V DC signals that are compatible with all major solenoid types (e.g. Hydraforce, Parker, Sun, etc.).

  • A: No. Installation typically takes 5–10 minutes with basic hand tools. No cutting, crimping, or wiring needed.

Universal Remote Control Box (2–6 Function)

  • A: Any machine—skid steers, compact loaders, excavators, tractors, etc. No integration with the host machine is needed.

  • A: It runs off an Internal 12v battery and doesn’t connect to the host machine’s electrical system.

  • A: Most users see 100 feet of reliable range depending on site conditions.

  • A: No, each unit ships with a remote that is pre-paired and ready to use.

Battery, Charging & Maintenance

  • A: On a full charge, with normal attachment use, the battery will last up to 40 hours, even in the toughest conditions.

Troubleshooting FAQs

  • A: Check that the remote’s battery is charged or that fresh batteries are installed. If the remote is pre-paired but still not working, power cycle both the transmitter and receiver and allow 5–10 seconds for re-pairing.

  • A: The relays are functioning, but the hydraulic flow may be restricted or the solenoid isn’t opening fully. Make sure the hydraulic lines are connected correctly and that your solenoids are rated for 12V DC.
