Returns & Exchanges

Because each Skid Sync control box and harness is custom-built and sealed for electrical protection, returns are limited to cases of defective or damaged products.

  • Eligible items:
    Products that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or not functioning as described.

  • Ineligible items:

    • Boxes or harnesses that have been modified, or tampered with.

If you believe your item qualifies for return, contact skidsync@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos or video showing the problem

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or our mistake.

  • Products returned without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of approval.

Replacements

If a product is found defective under normal use, we may offer:

  • A replacement unit, or

  • Store credit toward a future purchase

Depending on stock availability and issue type.

Warranty Coverage

Control Boxes:
Covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This covers failure of internal electronics or components under normal use.

Harnesses:
Covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship or materials.
If a harness fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or shorted solenoids

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Modifications or tampering

  • Water or physical impact damage

Warranty claims may require photos, video, or diagnostic info before replacement.
